Under the leadership of Haryana Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is continuously working to provide better, accessible and modern healthcare facilities to the people. In this direction, the Chief Minister virtually inaugurated and laid foundation stones of various health projects worth around Rs. 100 crore across the state under the “Swasth Haryana–Samridh Haryana” campaign from Panchkula.
The aim of these projects is to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in rural and urban areas and provide quality medical facilities closer to citizens. Under this state-level programme, district-level events were organised across Haryana in which ministers of the state government participated and inaugurated various health projects in the presence of local representatives and officers.

Haryana Development and Panchayats Minister, Krishan Lal Panwar inaugurated an MRI Centre and SNSP Clinic built at a cost of Rs. 10 crore at the District Civil Hospital, Panipat. He also laid foundation stones of construction works at PHC Kabri, PHC Seenk, SHC Pardhana, SHC Pathri, SHC Shahpur, SHC Khojkipur and SHC Bhaupur.
Construction works worth around Rs. 458.55 lakh will be carried out at PHC Kabri and Rs. 484.76 lakh at PHC Seenk. Similarly, works worth around Rs. 55.50 lakh each will be carried out at SHC Pardhana, Pathri, Shahpur, Khojkipur and Bhaupur through the Zila Parishad.
The Minister appealed to doctors to visit poor colonies and rural areas for health check-ups and ensure immediate supply of medicines in case of any disease outbreak. He said the government is also committed about rural cleanliness and environmental improvement. Work is being planned to ensure daily transportation of garbage to dumping sites through tractor-trolleys in villages.
He further said that beautification of 19,000 ponds across the state is being planned, out of which work on 2,200 ponds is already underway. Facilities like lighting, seating arrangements and clean surroundings will be developed there. He added that the government is continuously increasing the health budget so that maximum benefits can reach the common people. The Minister also reviewed the OPD arrangements in the hospital and directed doctors to ensure that there is no negligence in treatment of patients.
Government continuously expanding health services in the state: Mahipal Dhanda
A district-level programme was organised in Sirsa where Education Minister, Mahipal Dhanda attended as the chief guest. During the programme, he said that health services are continuously being expanded in Haryana.
He said that lab reports are now being made available quickly in government hospitals, for which health department employees deserve appreciation. He added that service to humanity is the highest duty and health department staff are working with full dedication. He appealed to health employees to work honestly and sincerely so that healthcare benefits reach every poor person. He also said that the government is working on improving healthcare services further through the PPP model.
He informed that Sirsa district has also received health projects worth around Rs. 5 crore, which will further strengthen healthcare facilities in the district.
At the district-level programme in Hisar, Cabinet Minister, Ranbir Gangwa inaugurated a Sashakt Parivar Clinic and three Health Sub-Centres. He also laid the foundation stone of an Amrit Pharmacy and Milk Parlour. The Health Sub-Centres have been started at Asrawan, Modakhera and Jakhod Khera villages.
He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana Government is committed to taking healthcare services to every citizen. The benefits of government welfare policies are now reaching rural areas effectively.
He said that cases of anaemia, thyroid, high blood pressure, diabetes, breast cancer and cervical cancer among women are increasing, making timely check-ups and counselling very important. The Sashakt Nari Parivar Clinic will play an important role in spreading awareness among women regarding health. Adolescent girls and women will receive counselling related to nutrition, pregnancy care and mental health.
He added that this will help improve maternal and child health and women will also get information about schemes like Ayushman Bharat at one place.
He informed that the Amrit Pharmacy being established in the Civil Hospital premises will provide quality generic and branded medicines, implants and essential medical equipment at affordable rates. Through the Milk Parlour, nutritious food facilities will be available round the clock for patients and their attendants. Both services will remain operational throughout the week.
District Fatehabad gets 9 health projects worth around Rs. 5.5 crore
Haryana Social Justice and Empowerment, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi said that the state government is continuously working to provide better, affordable and modern healthcare facilities to the public. Along with strengthening health services in rural areas, healthcare infrastructure in hospitals and health centres is also being improved so that people can get better treatment facilities near their homes.
He attended the district-level programme organised in Fatehabad where various health department projects were inaugurated and foundation stones laid. Fatehabad district received health projects worth around Rs. 5.50 crore.

Haryana Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister, Rajesh Nagar said that the state government is committed to providing better and affordable healthcare facilities to every citizen. Healthcare infrastructure is continuously being strengthened and expanded.
The Minister was addressing a programme in Bhiwani during the inauguration of health projects.
Rajesh Nagar along with Bhiwani MLA Ghanshyam Sarraf and Bawani Khera MLA Kapoor Singh Valmiki inaugurated health projects worth Rs. 4.19 crore in the district.
