Nexus Amritsar is hosting the three day ‘Denim and Sneaker Fest’ in collaboration with the International School of Fashion and Design (INIFD), Amritsar, bringing together fashion, sustainability and creativity during the summer vacation season.
The festival, being held from May 29 to 31, highlights the transformation of old denim into innovative art and fashion creations, demonstrating how discarded fabric can be repurposed through creative design and craftsmanship.
As part of the event, students of INIFD Amritsar are showcasing a range of denim based art pieces and fashion designs created from upcycled materials. The initiative provides a platform for budding designers and artists to display their talent while promoting environmentally responsible practices.
