Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has taken a strict stance against laxity in resolving issues related to Property IDs. Only yesterday, the Chief Minister had issued clear directions to officials to ensure prompt resolution of Property ID-related problems at their own level and made it clear that any laxity in this regard would not be tolerated. A day after these directions, action has followed, with Ashok Kumar, Secretary, Municipal Committee, Pehowa, being placed under suspension with immediate effect.
Nayab Singh Saini has several times made it clear that people should not face inconvenience in getting their Property ID-related issues resolved. The concerned officials must accord priority to such grievances and ensure their prompt resolution at their own level.
The Chief Minister has sent a clear message to officials that they must deal with public grievances sensitively and ensure their time-bound resolution.
Nayab Singh Saini has time and again reaffirmed the State Government’s commitment to responsive and accountable governance, making it clear that public grievances must be addressed promptly and citizens should not have to run from pillar to post for the resolution of their problems.
