Deputy CM of Punjab Sukhbir Singh Badal might face heat on 18 feb 2017 as there is a hearing over a defamation case against him by Kejriwal’s Host Rajinder Pal Singh. Rajinder Pal Singh is a Chief Spokesperson of Akhand Kirtani Jatha and for the last decade he is been serving the organisation. Recently, Sukhbir badal in his rally spoken about Arvind kejriwal’s visit and breakfast meetings with the complainant.
Rajindra Pal Singh, in his complaint said that Sukhbir Badal tried to defame his organisation and him by calling them to have links with terrorist group Babbar Khalsa. He appealed before Punjab and Haryana High Court to summon and punish Deputy CM and his father Prakash singh Badal under the provisions of Section 500,501 and 502 Indiian Penal Code as accused person scurrilous, defamatory and slanderous statement has caused irreparable loss to him.
