CM congratulates and encourages them to work for development of their cities
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini today attended the oath-taking ceremonies of newly elected mayors and councillors in Ambala and Panchkula and congratulated them while encouraging them to work for the development of their respective cities.
In the afternoon, the Chief Minister attended a ceremony organised at the auditorium of SA Jain College in Ambala City and extended his congratulations and best wishes to newly elected Mayor Akshita Saini and all councillors. On the occasion, he said that with the cooperation of the Mayor and councillors, the pace of development in the city would further accelerate. Former Minister Aseem Goel was also present on the occasion. Ambala Divisional Commissioner Sh. Sanjeev Verma administered the oath to the newly elected Mayor and councillors.
Thereafter, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini attended a programme organised in Panchkula and congratulated newly elected Mayor Shyam Lal Bansal along with all newly elected councillors. Urban Local Bodies Minister Vipul Goel, Kalka MLA Shakti Rani Sharma, Rajya Sabha MP Rekha Sharma, former Speaker of Haryana Legislative Assembly Gian Chand Gupta, former BJP State President Mohan Lal Badoli and several other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
