—Dreams Fatal, Better luck next time

Punjab Technical Education Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, who wished to do PhD on Indian National Congress, could not clear his entrance test for the same. He gave entrance test in Panjab University and failed to achieve the passing marks though. Charanjit Singh Channi gave his entrance test on 9 July 2017, which he could not clear as per official result.
As per his close associates his exams was not go well at that day. It is pertinent to mention here that Channi did his post graduation and Law from Panjab University only. He did his Graduation from Sector 26 situated Guru Gobind Singh College and Now, he wanted to pursue PhD on Indian National Congress.
PhD has two papers to clear the Entrance
This is important to tell you here that PhD has two basic exams to clear the entrance test. First paper is based on Objective Question Paper in which candidate has to take 55 percent to appear this paper and for SC ST candidates it is set 50 percent. Whereas in the second paper candidate has to appear with 40 percent marks.
Well we feel bad for you Mr. Channi, Better Luck Next time, Since you are known to be one of the qualified politician in Punjab Cabinet!!
