HP Ex CM Virbhadra Singh down with swine flu

Yet again swine flu finds its grip tight in himachal. This time Ex Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh of Himachal is down with swine flu. Officials at IGMC hospital found tests to be positive for H1N1 virus. He is suffering with cough and respiratory problems after which he was hospitalized in IGMC yesterday. His treatment is started.

City forest dying due to sewage of Kansal village

Call it unfortunate for Chandigarh people that city forest constructed of worth Rs 1 crore is counting on sewage water of Kansal Village. City forest is dying due to sewage water. Forest and Environment department of Chandigarh has a unique answer to this. They said they could use it for forest maintainance. Whereas due to sewage water forest and wildlife is suffering.
